6) Donations and payments

If the Site accepts contributions, you agree to the following:

You are making a political contribution to Mazzei For Governor.
Contributions may be subject to federal, state, and local limits and reporting requirements.
You certify that you are using your own funds and not funds provided by another person or entity where prohibited by law.
If required by law, you certify you are a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident and that the contribution is made from personal funds and not from corporate or union treasury funds (unless allowed by law).
You understand contributions are generally not refundable, except as required by law or at our sole discretion if an error occurred (for example, a duplicate charge).
If we offer recurring donations, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the schedule you choose until you cancel. Instructions to cancel will be provided at checkout or in a confirmation email.

7) Email and SMS communications

If you sign up for updates, you consent to receive emails and, if you provide a phone number, text messages from Mazzei For Governor (including automated messages where applicable). Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe link in emails or replying STOP to texts (if enabled).

If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, if any, or $100, whichever is greater.

12) Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a state or federal court located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
